How to Discover Your God-Given Purpose

Purpose discovery is rarely one dramatic moment. More often, clarity grows as you pay attention to the way God has shaped your story, gifts, burdens and opportunities.

Begin with identity before assignment

Dr. Sania’s work consistently places identity in God before performance. Purpose is not a way to prove your value. It grows out of knowing whose you are and becoming willing to follow where God is leading.

Notice the recurring clues

Pay attention to the needs that move you, the abilities others consistently recognize in you, the experiences that have shaped you and the kinds of work that produce a sense of meaningful contribution. These patterns can become important clues in discerning calling.

Create room for prayerful reflection

Clarity requires enough quiet to notice what is happening internally. Prayer, Scripture, journaling and trusted Christian community can help separate genuine direction from pressure, fear or comparison.

Move with the light you already have

You do not need every detail before taking the next faithful step. Small acts of obedience often reveal more information than prolonged waiting for certainty.
