Background

Dr. Sania Dookie is an international Christian empowerment speaker and founder of Grow and Glow ministry. With over a decade of supporting individuals as a mental health therapist, God brought her on a journey to find her purpose and calling. As a result, Dr. Sania founded Grow and Glow ministry and started hosting purpose discovery and empowerment events called the Total Woman Inner Realignment Live (TWIRL) Events. She is also the creator of the unique 90-day group coaching and mentorship program, Total Woman Inner Circle.

Dr. Sania brings her TWIRL events to churches in partnership with women’s ministries and has been igniting many women into stepping into their unique calling. She also speaks on topics focused on the following: how to deepen one’s relationship with God, steps to discovering purpose and strategies for living mentally and emotionally well.

Dr. Sania shares from the overflow of her experience being on her own journey of moving from a place of despondency not knowing her calling to now sharing with other women how to clarify their calling while providing a safe space for women who need this support to lean and walk forward with Godly and prayerful support.

Dr. Sania is a mother to two children, a wife to her husband and ministry partner Dr. Courtney Dookie. When she is not actively speaking and coaching, she is supporting individuals as a mental health therapist in her local private practice she co-owns with her husband and conducting seminars through their ministry called Mind Renewal Ministry, on healing relationships and mental health from a biblical perspective.

Dr. Sania can be described as a dynamic individual who loves speaking, theatrical performances, spending time with friends and soaking in alone time with God.

Her desire is to spend the rest of her life fulfilling God’s purpose by being a purpose activator to women and other kingdom expanders.
