Dr. Sania Dookie’s journey is a powerful reminder of the importance of listening to God's calling and stepping out in faith. Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Sania now resides in Calgary with her supportive husband and children. She has made it her mission to empower women to embrace their God-given purpose through her work with TWIRL (Total Woman Inner Realignment) and Grow and Glow Ministry.
The vision for these initiatives came to Dr. Sania in an unexpected moment while stirring a pot on the stove—God revealed to her that her calling was to help women regain their identity in Him, master their emotional wellbeing, and walk confidently in their unique purpose. This revelation led to the birth of TWIRL events and the Total Woman Inner Circle Coaching program, which has since empowered countless women to rebuild their confidence, strengthen their faith, and step into their God-given calling.
With a doctorate in clinical psychology and a successful career as a mental health therapist, Dr. Sania is passionate about not just supporting women’s mental health, but guiding them on a transformative journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. Beyond her private practice, Dr. Sania envisions creating a nonprofit organization in Calgary that offers life skills, personal development workshops, and mentorship for marginalized women, equipping them with the tools to overcome life’s challenges and step into their full potential.
Her ultimate mission is to help women live out their calling, and at the end of her life, she hopes to hear God say, "Well done." To learn more about Dr. Sania and join her coaching and support community, visit www.drsaniadookie.com.
