Dr. Sania Dookie is an international Christian empowerment speaker, mental health therapist and founder of Grow and Glow Ministry.

How it started

A deeper calling emerged from her own search for purpose.

After years of working as a mental health therapist, Dr. Sania felt God leading her into a deeper calling rooted in purpose activation, spiritual growth and empowerment. That journey led to the birth of Grow and Glow Ministry—a space created to help women realign internally and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Her work is deeply personal. She shares from the overflow of her own journey, moving from a season of despondency and uncertainty about her calling to a place of clarity, obedience and purpose.

The work today

Helping women reflect, heal, grow and move forward.

Through partnerships with churches and women’s ministries, Dr. Sania has brought TWIRL experiences into communities as safe, faith-centered spaces where women can pause, realign and gain clarity.

She is also the creator of the Total Woman Inner Circle, a 90-day group coaching and mentorship experience designed to support women in clarifying their calling and stepping confidently into it.

Family practice & ministry

In addition to speaking and coaching, Dr. Sania co-owns a private mental health practice with her husband and ministry partner, Dr. Courtney Dookie. Together, they also lead Mind Renewal Ministry, conducting seminars focused on relationships and mental health from a biblical perspective.
