Digital Course Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital courses and paid Academy learning products purchased directly through drsaniadookie.com.

Before purchasing

Please review the course description, format, price, and access information before completing checkout. Digital access may begin immediately after payment is verified.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error, you were charged more than once, or you cannot access a paid course because of a technical problem that we are unable to resolve, contact us promptly at info@drsaniadookie.com with the email address used for the purchase and the course name.

Digital content

Because digital course content can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally treated as final once meaningful course content has been accessed, except where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law or where we approve an exception.

Cancelled offerings

If a paid offering is cancelled by Dr. Sania Dookie and no reasonable replacement, credit, or rescheduled delivery is provided, affected purchasers will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
