Educational and informational purpose

Website, coaching, ministry, course, devotional, webinar, and Academy content is provided for educational, personal-development, faith-based, and informational purposes. It does not create a psychologist-client relationship and is not a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Academy account and for activity under your account. Course access is intended for the enrolled or purchasing user and may not be shared, resold, copied, or redistributed unless written permission is provided.

Purchases

Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Access to paid digital courses is granted after successful payment verification.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website and Academy text, course materials, recordings, graphics, downloads, teaching frameworks, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Dr. Sania Dookie and may not be reproduced, sold, published, or distributed without permission.

Community conduct

Academy community areas must be used respectfully. Harassing, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or disruptive content may be removed, and access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the platform.

Availability

We may update content, scheduling, features, instructors, technology, or availability when reasonably required. Planned live sessions may be rescheduled when circumstances require, with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website and Academy are provided without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
