TWIRL
Total Woman Inner Realignment Live
TWIRL events create a safe and nurturing environment for women to heal, grow and step more fully into their God-given purpose. Through teaching, reflection and faith-centered community, participants are invited to slow down and pay attention to what needs to be realigned internally.

Total Woman Inner Circle
90-day purpose discovery coaching group
A faith-based coaching and mentorship experience designed to help women gain clarity and direction in their God-given purpose. Guided sessions and supportive community help participants move from feeling stuck to walking forward with confidence and intention.
What makes the programs different

Dr. Sania’s programs are designed for women who want more than a one-time inspirational experience. Each offering creates room to slow down, examine what may be keeping you stuck and reconnect your decisions with faith, identity, emotional wellness and purpose.
TWIRL is designed as an immersive live experience, while the Total Woman Inner Circle provides a longer coaching and mentorship journey. Although the formats are different, both emphasize reflection, meaningful conversation, accountability and practical next steps. Participants are encouraged to notice the patterns that shape their choices, identify areas that need realignment and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
